Terms and conditions
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms govern the purchase of event tickets through fuse.bg. By pressing the payment button you conclude a distance contract with the organiser on the terms below. Please read them before completing your order.
1. Organiser and seller
The events are organised and the tickets are sold by SALSA PLUS Ltd. (САЛСА ПЛЮС ЕООД), company no. (ЕИК) 208499233, registered office 12 Graf Ignatiev St, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria (below "Fuse" or "the organiser"). The club is at the same address, 1st floor. Contact: club@fuse.bg, phone +359 877 762 222.
2. What is sold
Every event has its own page on the site with the ticket types, prices and conditions of the night: what is included, tables, booths and add-ons. A ticket gives entry and what it describes for that specific event and date. The event page as published at the time of purchase is part of the contract.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and final, with all taxes and fees included. Payment is by card online through Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach us. The contract is concluded and the places are held the moment the payment is confirmed; until then the chosen tickets are not guaranteed. The fiscal receipt for the purchase is handed to you at the door of the club when you come in.
4. The ticket
After the confirmed payment you receive at the email you gave a confirmation with the order number and a digital ticket with a QR code. One QR code covers all the places of the order. Guest names are given at purchase and can be changed by the buyer through their private link until that guest has come in. The ticket is shown at the door on a phone or printed; every place is ticked off once. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and write to us.
5. Age and ID
The events are only for people aged 18 or over; under the Bulgarian Health Act no alcohol is served to anyone under 18. An ID may be requested at the door. A person under 18 is not admitted and the ticket is not refunded.
6. House rules
- The ticket is checked at the door and every place on it is used once.
- Reselling tickets at a price other than the published one, or offering them outside the official channel, is not allowed.
- The organiser may refuse entry or remove a guest for aggressive behaviour, visible heavy intoxication, carrying prohibited items or breaking the rules, without a refund.
- At events with drinks included, outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- The dress code of the night is a recommendation unless the event page expressly makes it a condition of entry.
- The organiser may photograph and film the event for the club's social media; tell the staff if you do not want to be filmed.
7. Tables and booths
At a table or in a booth the number of guests may not exceed the places stated for it. The price of a table or a booth is for the whole place, not per person, unless the event page says otherwise.
8. Changes and cancellation by the organiser
In unforeseen circumstances the organiser may change the programme, the performers or the time. Such a change is not a ground for a refund when the event takes place on the announced date. If the event is cancelled or moved to another date, the Refund policy applies.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 57(12) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (implementing Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services with a specific date of performance, such as event tickets. Fuse nevertheless voluntarily accepts cancellations and refunds under the conditions and within the deadlines of the Refund policy.
10. Liability
The organiser is not liable for personal belongings left unattended or for damage caused by other guests. Guests are liable for damage they cause to the venue or to others. Fuse is not liable if you cannot use the ticket for reasons on your side.
11. Complaints and disputes
To complain, write to club@fuse.bg quoting the order number; we reply within 14 days. The supervisory authority is the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (4A Slaveykov Sq, 1000 Sofia, www.kzp.bg, phone +359 700 111 22), whose general conciliation committees also handle out-of-court consumer disputes. Bulgarian law applies; disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent Bulgarian court.
12. Personal data and changes to the terms
How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy policy. Fuse may change these terms; the version published at the time of purchase applies to each order.
